Services: Ace Tariff LTD offers branding and digital design services, including but not limited to logo design, website design, mobile application development, content creation, and marketing strategy. Our services are provided on a project basis and are subject to availability and acceptance of your project brief.

3. Payment: Payment for services rendered by Ace Tariff LTD is due as per the terms outlined in the project agreement. All invoices must be paid in full within the specified timeframe to initiate or continue work on your project. Failure to make timely payments may result in project delays or termination.

4. Intellectual Property: All intellectual property rights related to the design work produced by Ace Tariff LTD remain the property of Ace Tariff LTD until full payment is received. Upon receipt of full payment, ownership of the final design files will be transferred to the client. Ace Tariff LTD retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio and promotional materials.

5. Confidentiality: Ace Tariff LTD acknowledges the confidential nature of client information and agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all client communications, project details, and proprietary information. We will not disclose any confidential information to third parties without prior written consent from the client.

6. Amendments: Ace Tariff LTD reserves the right to amend or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions periodically for changes. Your continued use of our services following any amendments constitutes acceptance of those changes.
